U.S Return & Refund Policy

At Kenslow, we take pride in offering products crafted with care, intention, and detail. Every order goes through a careful inspection process before it ships. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed so we do accept returns that meet the criteria below.

This policy explains eligibility, how to return or exchange an item and how refunds are processed  keeping everything simple and transparent.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy within the U.S. for eligible items, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original tags, dust bags, inserts, and accessories must be included.

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email our support team at support@kenslow.com with the following details:


  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for your return

  3. Photos or videos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  4. Your full name and shipping address

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. All returbs must be mailed to our return mailing address
Please wait for our confirmation email before sending your item back. Returns sent without approval or to the wrong address may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs


  • Defective or damaged items: Kenslow covers the return shipping cost.

  • Change of mind or preference: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • There is no restocking cost to the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt. Kenslow is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:


  • After returns are received and approved, refund processing time ( time it takes to receive a refund) is 10 days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Kenslow error.

If your return does not meet the policy conditions, we’ll email you with an explanation and next steps.

Exchanges

We’re happy to accept exchange items if they arrive defective or if you simply want an exchange.
To request an exchange:


  1. Follow the return steps above.

  2. Specify that you’d like an exchange and include the desired replacement details.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement.
If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we accept returns:
